Welcome to That’s Your Cue (“TYC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the That’s Your Cue mobile application (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TYC. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

TYC may offer optional paid subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

  • Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit or share within the App.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
